The 30 Minute CardioMuscular Workout™ Classes utilizes the perfect combination of high-tech machines and our secret fusion of science based (HIIT) high intensity interval training methods to torch the fat while strengthening and toning lean muscle.

 

POST WORKOUT

The Workout incites a higher post exercise calorie burning, or EPOC, response from your metabolism than many hour based class programs, enabling you to burn up to 950+/- calories within 24hrs as a direct result of the Workout.*

Burn up to 500+/- calories during the workout, plus up to 450+/- of post exercise calorie burning within the next 24hrs. Individual results may vary.

WITH FLEXLINE

Our 30 Minute HIIT Class utilizes the Flexline High-Tech Burn Station to get you fit fast. It is intuitive, adaptable and, with push button control, easily allows you to adjust resistance levels to help customize effort and intensity of the workout expressly for you.

Each class is limited (temporarily) to 6 Clients, 1 per Burn Station (with no shared use), each numbered and spaced over 12ft apart with floor graphics to guide your form and help maintain that distance during the entirety the class and Burn Stations are sanitized before & after each class.

DISPLAYS & COACH

Large video screens display the workout program showing all exercises in good form displaying sets, reps and work intervals in real time along with optional heart-rate monitoring.

While your Instructor coaches you directly through every exercise delivering constant reinforcement, guidance and motivation to help you get the most out of each class.

LOWER BODY BURN

This cardio-paced class focuses on prioritizing your glutes, thighs, hips, hamstrings and core. With Lower Body Burn you'll firm and lift the glutes, lean out and reshape your hips, thighs and of course Burn!

UPPER BODY BURN

Tuesdays &
Thursdays

This cardio-paced class focuses on prioritizing your back, shoulders, chest, arms and core. With Upper Body Burn you'll sculpt and tighten, define and strengthen, trim down, reshape and of course Burn!

TOTAL BODY BURN

Fridays, Saturdays
& Sundays

This cardio-paced class focuses on training both upper and lower body as well as core. With Total Body Burn you'll push and pull, tighten and tone, strengthen everything and yes of course Burn!
