INSTRUCTION

All classes are coached by a Personal Trainer and limited to 12 participants (over 6ft apart) to provide every client with the attention, guidance and motivation needed to get the most out of each workout.

A FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE AT FLEX ‘N BURN

WHAT TO EXPECT

A high intensity interval workout unlike anything else you’ve experienced. Expect to move quickly, elevate your heart rate and sweat while strengthening, toning and sculpting your body.

Our Instructors will coach you on form and function while providing all the motivation you need to push through each workout with high energy & effort!

Lastly, we highly recommend taking a Total Body Burn Class for your first time, as it has a little bit of everything with upper body, lower body and core.

HOW TO PREPARE

New to Flex ‘n Burn, no worries! We know that starting is the hardest part. Bring a towel & water bottle and wear something breathable, designed for exercise – you’ll work up some heat.

Most importantly, arrive 15 minutes before your first class for check-in and pre-class demo & orientation and we’ll have you ready to Flex ‘n Burn it!
